  Yesterday I was too upset by thinking bad things which were happened with me.I was totally lost that time and continuously thinking how I m wrong, negative thoughts took me with them that it was totally impossible to come to my world again...but then I think nowadays, we are becoming familiar with the words like stress, frustration....What you actually feel is what you gain.
