Yesterday I was too upset by thinking bad things which were happened with me.I was totally lost that time and continuously thinking how I m wrong, negative thoughts took me with them that it was totally impossible to come to my world again...but then I think nowadays, we are becoming familiar with the words like stress, frustration....What you actually feel is what you gain. Because as the universe is circular, it reflects what you feel. This means if I feel positive and respected then the power of the universe is such that what you feel will be true. Why we always say that you should be calm as well as positive every time because it will come as you desire. If you are attracting good and positive thoughts, you will always feel fresh and delightful. Now I want to share my one of the experiences that I learned EFT. You will definitely think what does it mean...right? Let me introduce this concept to you.EFT stands for Emotion Freedom Technique. If you really want to make use of it in your life then you have to take this very seriously because the name EFT is itself catchy. You will definitely feel attracted towards it. In this, you have to free your emotions. Whatever you feel is just what you feel. But if you are facing serious problems like low confidence and much more then I will recommend you to use this technique to remove your stress. Human life is now full of tensions and stress.It will not be the myth if I say stress is our routine. We always take the stress of small things also. So if the pressure on the human body is going on increasing then you are unable to handle the stress. Sometimes the situation is really difficult that stress will handle you huh! How sad ...Right? If you want to get rid of this then you have to use this EFT.EFT has 3 stages. We have to press the energy points which are present inside our body to get energy. In the first stage, we have to identify what is the root cause of our problem and what made us think negative about us. Then after identifying it, you have to write it down. And you have to either say it loudly or in mind by just touching those points. In the second stage, you have to say that "Now, I m removing this problem from my mind" by pressing those points. And in the third and last stage, you have to say that "I removed this problem from my mind". If you do this process continuously then one day will be like you will never have any fear which you used to think negative about it. Now the point is what are those points? Okay, I just forgot to tell you those points. Sorry for it! Now let me tell you those points. You have to touch or press those points by three fingers of our hand. First is "Karate point" which is present on your palm. Second is "Concentration point" which is present between two eyes. The third is "above our eyebrows". Fourth is "Under two eyes".Fifth is "above lips". Sixth is "on the chin". Seventh is "under the neck". Eighth is "Parallel to shoulder ".Ninth is "on the head". And last is "on the wrist". So follow this and be happy and stress less...!!!

  1. This information is really necessary in today's stressful life. This is Very nice blog. I want to suggest you that don't use the short forms like, on the second line instead of 'I am' you had used 'I m'. Try to avoid such types of mistakes.
